David Beathard serves as a Director in the Upstream Advisory division of Investment Banking. Beathard previously served as vice president of business development, strategy and planning for Linn Energy. Prior to that, Beathard was a managing partner of private equity-backed Arenite Western Energy. Beathard began his career at Pogo Producing Company and served as senior vice president of engineering at the time of their sale. He holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
